Military helicopters crash in air, six dead in Turkey

Five of the victims died at the scene of the accident, while the sixth person of the injuries received passed away in hospital, the defence ministry said.
The clash occurred in the southwestern province of Isparta during regular training flights, according to region Governor Abdullah Erin.
A brigade general who headed the military aviation school was among the victims, he said.
It is not immediately known what caused the contact of two helicopters. Erin said an investigation has been launched, reports the Associated Press, broadcast Klankosova.tv.
The private DHA news agency said the helicopter UH-1 crashed into a field and split in two. The second helicopter landed about 400 meters away.
