The parents of 14-year-old Martin Cani, who was killed several weeks ago near Fan Noley School, have sent a letter to the American Embassy expressing concern about manipulation of the event that took life for their son.
In a letter to the US envoy to Albania, parents of minors say the irresponsible behaviour of some Albanian institutions and the lack of responsibility is like a second murder of their son, Euronewsalbania reports.

This is Angel and Florina Cani, parents of the 14-year-old boy Martin Cani, who has been absent in our family room for three weeks after he was killed at the time we believed he was safe in school, an institution run by the Albanian state.
We have been experiencing more than two weeks as a second murder of Martin, the irresponsability of the conduct of several Albanian institutions, because none of them are taking responsibility and resigning because of their inability to cause me to lose my son.
And the most incredible and unforgivable of all is that they're killing us as parents, as well as Henry, Martin's brother, with the attempt to get rid of and manipulate the event, not intentionally dawning it, just to save the culprits who, unlike Martin, live on the ground.
I say this from the information that people close to me have, the discussions and debates that are being done in television studios by journalists from chronictale, prosecutors, lawyers and former police officers. We are also afraid of the way it happened in other tragedies, where the authors have helped escape punishment.
Miss Nancy!
I trust in you as a mother of a wonderful son and representative of a nation that has sacred justice.
Please help me by seriously following the conduct and actions of Albanian law enforcement institutions to clear up the story and bring to justice all those directly involved in this crime, as well as those who are in defense of the crime.
We know that Martin is no longer back in this life between us, but at least the justice of those who killed me and re-killed my son will give us the opportunity to be calmer and focus on Anthony's brother, who doesn't know Martin can't see him anymore, doesn't kiss him, and doesn't sleep with him until 3 weeks ago.
I trust you.
With respect and pain in my soul,
Angel and Florina Cani
