About 35 years ago, exactly on December 23rd of European change, a group of visionarys dared to dream of another Kosovo future. They dreamed of freedom, dreamed of democracy, dreamed of independence itself. At the start of this covenant of this popular movement, there stood our historic leader, the founding father of the state of Kosovo, President Ibrahim Rugova, he has said in part.
