Language Law: Constitutionalist in Northern Macedonia Makes Decision to Discuss Professors, Political Party

The Constitutional Court decided to have a feasibility session in which experts, professors but political parties, will also participate in the debate, where everyone would present his arguments regarding the non-language Law, writes TV21.

This proposal came out from constitutional judge Elizabeth Dukovska, who is responsible for the subject.

The only one against it was Judge Dobrilla Kacarska, who said the Constitutional Court is the one who has to bring a decision on whether something is constitutional or not.
