Krasniqi meets with Terras, urges EU to react to Serbia's attacks against Kosovo

Today, at the headquarters of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the leader of this party hosted the newly appointed rapporteur for Kosovo to the European Parliament, Riho Terras, at the meeting.

According to Krasniqi, they discussed deepening co-operation between Kosovo and the EU, as well as the common vision for Kosovo's European future.

“At the meeting, I stressed the steadfast commitment of the Democratic Party of Kosovo to advance Kosovo's EU integration, a mission that remains at the heart of our political agenda. From rapporteur Terras I asked to appeal to the removal of EU punitive measures against our country, the consequences of which our citizens are suffering”, the head of the EU has written among other things PDK.

He adds that he also underlined the urgent need for the European Union to react to Serbia's continuing attacks on Kosovo and sovereignty.

Continued tests should not go unanswered, as they endanger stability in the region and undermine our efforts for a more peaceful and better future. Rapporteur Terras I thanked him for his dedication in this important role and I look forward to our further co-operation”, Krasniqi wrote.
