Armendi muay indictment
This is the second indictment I filed at the Constitutional Court in Pristina for slander. Armendi Muja will face the libel justice he committed against me at the December 7th conference. I will follow the same legal course against anyone who mentions my name and slanders, only to cover personal failures or political benefits.
I'm not in the political race, nor do I make politics, but I'm not going to let KEK's work and successes be tarnished with shameful lies and fiction.
Not Armend his party's Muja, but no power on this land can deny KEK's results, which have been achieved with maximum dedication and with the defeat of thousands of workers in this enterprise. KEK has been an example in management, work and commitment. From a company destroyed and damaged, we have managed to turn it into the most successful public enterprise in the state. Millions of euros have been given to the state budget, and above all, we have operated on keeping the freest price of energy in the region and Europe for our citizens.
And Mundi knows very well that the energy being imported today is the same, with the only exception that the 400 lines were built in 2016. KV Albania Kosovo, which has enabled the transmission of larger amounts of energy. How can someone lie so shamelessly and say that energy is coming from Denmark and Slovenia when:
- Denmark is among the countries with the world's most expensive energy price ($0.34 per KH).
- Slovenia has a price of $2.22 per nation.
The reality is this: In the past, energy was purchased at between 40 and 60 euros for me, and today it costs 400 euros for me. Citizens then paid 100% cheaper for energy than they pay today.
For explanation:
- The current company importing energy is called “Danske Commodites” based in Denmark, while Geni has base in Slovenia. But power transport remains the same.
- Even in the past, companies that mention Muja had bases in Switzerland and England, but energy came from Serbia because there was no other option.
About my position at KEK:
I was chief procurement until October 2011 and I didn't sign any import contracts after that date. From May 9, 2013, KEK has been privatised and import has passed to KEDS, the private operator, who managed import and export by 2019.
Any lies told by Armen Muja we'll talk about when the time comes in court. I want to stay away from political battles, but one day, when the time comes, I will speak openly about the thieves and the destruction that has been done to the Corporation over the years. It is painful to see how a public enterprise that has once been the best example at the country's level has been robbed and mismanaged.
