The court declared the actor's ban illegal and imposed the obligation to submit. The actor is accused of adopting a vehicle belonging to one of his knowledge, which is claimed to have sold for a sum of 200,000 dollars. After the ban, the prosecution has demanded against him the security measure “duet presentation”, which the Durres Court has approved. This measure forces Veles to appear periodically to authorities, avoiding the state of further arrest for Veles.
The actor's defence lawyer rejected police actions, claiming the issue is civil character and there is no contract trading for the vehicle.
At the security measure session, which took place this afternoon in Durres, Velesnja said the event was a “lapsus” and has given his version of the incident, which according to him was an ultimatum on the part of his friend to return the vehicle he had taken and denounced a nerve job to violate the image.
