Haxhiu reacts to PDK after bringing the Bureau to Constitutional

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has reacted after the Democratic Party of Kosovo sent the Law to the Bureau for Confiscating and Sequistation of Ineffable Riches to the Constitutional Court.

Haxhiu said this movement shows their fears of this law, which according to her, risks touching the roots of corruption she said they themselves have cultivated over the years.

With this action, it is clear that their political commitment no longer has to do with aspirations or visions for the future, but simply with a desperate effort to protect the enormous wealth acquired unjustly in the past”.

This is their fight to keep what they robbed at the expense of citizens. February 9th will be the day when their close interests will again be met in the face of popular will for fair governance, and the fight against organised crime and corruption”, Haxhiu said.

Furthermore, Haxhiu addressed the PDK that “could delay us but would never stop people's will for justice”.

“Byro will be done. Wealth will be returned to the state and citizens. Justice will prevail”, she said.
