This is the drug dealer who allegedly mediated for the purchase of the State Reserves, for which Kurt was invited to Special Prosecutor.

Nezir Idrizi, whose name was known by Ridvan Murahret lawyer Mahmut Halimi, has reportedly negotiated on behalf of the Kosovo Government for state reserves.

Idriz himself had admitted having talked with Ridvan Muharrem about the possibility of buying goods for state reserves after he was presented as a friend to the Polish businessman.

Annie had denied being a co-owner in the company with which the purchase of goods for state reserves was made, Neziri had said he had only served as an interpreter in negotiations between the government of XANTO KOS, where Polish businessman Tomasz Tokarski is the owner.

But who is Nezir Idriz?

According to Paparac, Nezir Idrizi is a drug dealer.

He is sentenced to over 10 years in prison for drug distribution in Europe. Except on the old continent, Neziri has been dealing with drug trafficking in Kosovo as well.

He was found guilty because of the criminal offence Bleer, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of dangerous narcotics and psychotrope substances.

On September 4, 2014, Neziri was sentenced by the Constitutional Court in Gjakova. The Foundation's decision had become all-powerful on November 14th 2014, meanwhile, Neziri had ended up in prison.

Eight years later, Neziri had demanded that his name be cleared of criminal evidence.

Under the ruling Paparac has secured, the Constitutional Court in Gjakova had approved the convicted's request for compensation from criminal evidence, because it had met the first legal deadlines.

In the argument of the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, it became known that Neziri Idrizi had been sentenced to 1 year in prison because of the criminal offence Bleer, possession, distribution and unauthorised selling of narcotics.

Nazir Idrizi had proposed to sexist Ridvan Muharrem to his Polish friend's company, for the rich supply of State Reserves to the Ministry of Commerce, while Muharrem later had activated his ties with the rulings.

In an interview, Neziri had reasoned with the Polish businessman, saying the price he agreed to bring oil and sugar to Kosovo was extremely low, not even worth it at all, but that the Polish had done it because of Kosovo.

He had said that Polish businessman Tokarski had good intentions and good intentions.

The State Reserve scandal is one of the biggest scandals during Albin Kurti's rule.

Of the 10m euros dedicated to buying wheat, oil and sugar, most of the goods have not come at all. Except for the wheat, whose quantity has come in the majority, but 52 tons of them are missing, oil and sugar has never come.
