The PZAP has approved the Serbian List's complaint, until it has ordered the CEC to certified the candidates of this subject for parliamentary elections.
In the decision published by PZAP, the CEC's announcement of non-certification has been cancelled, arguing that the Serbian List has handed over the necessary documentation in line with the General Election Law and relevant CEC regulations.
Also, PZAP stresses that no final decision has been made during the CEC vote, which conflicts with the legal provisions in force.
Regarding this PZAP decision, the CEC has announced on Telegrafi that they will expect to pass legal procedure deadlines before setting day in order at the next CEC meetings.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi stressed that in PZAP's decision there are judicial councils allowing complaints against him at the Supreme Court.
The PZAP ruling has legal advice that allows complaints against him at the Supreme Court within 48 hours of making the decision. So, the CEC, before the appointment of this matter for days, will host the completion of the” legal procedures, Elez said.
The Central Election Commission (KQZ) had not certified the Serbian List, following concerns raised by representatives of the ruling party, Vetevendosje Movement that, this party does not recognise the state of Kosovo, and does not refer to it by the official name, but as “Kosovo and Metohia”.
The United States, the European Union and Germany had expressed concern and regret over the failure of Serbia's list of the largest Serb party in Kosovo.
