The case of Azem Syla's release has confirmed lawyer Besnik Berisha.
The court in this criminal case was led by Arben Hoti . . chairman of the panel, and the members of Nundman Beqiri and Lutfi Shala.
In this process, other than Azem Syla charged with 17 others. According to the prosecution organ, the accused had connections in one form or another in the “Toka” case.
The case was being tried by judges from the EU mission for rule of law in Kosovo EULEX, but later the subject was held in the hands of local justice.

Azem Syla and others were accused by the prosecution of how the organised criminal group had co-operated among themselves in order to deprive Kosovo of some social property through the counterfeiting of decisions and official documents.
Azem Syla in April of this year has turned 73. He was arrested in 2016 when he was 65.
