AAK for the terrorist attack on Iber-Lepenc: The situation managed well. Government Kurti bypassed field experts

According to this AAK department, technical management of this situation has left much to be desired, saying government Kurti, qualified experts, trained for years and experienced in emergency management, have been discredited and completely ignored.

The AAK's Water and Environmental Policy Department estimates that the technical management of this situation has left much to be desired.
