Because he has committed serious work violations of Article 10 par.1, under paragraph 1.7 of the J.P.R.: 2906 of the 30.7.2020 for the disciplinary and material responsibility of the workers of Trepca U.A., because he has been misusing medical rest over the past three years, since 06,2,2024 has started medical holidays and still remains in medical rest.
