J O SIMMBOLEV E NATIONAL
Dear citizens,
With great regret we have received news of an unacceptable incident, where a professor of teaching has severely violated respect for our national symbols. On a festive day when he had to help his children enjoy and feel proud of their identity, he threw the national flag into the trash can.
The move is a serious violation of any morals, ethics and legal norms.
Kosovo is a democratic and secular state, where national symbols enjoy unconditional respect in every institution, and no one has the right to desecrate them.
In this case, I inform you that the professor is immediately suspended from duty and will face the legal consequences for this unacceptable behavior.
Kosovo has built its state on values of respect and pride for national symbols, and no individual should have the opportunity to violate them, never in education institutions.
May we stand together in defense of our national symbols.
Thank you.
Jehona Lushak Sadriu
