The SPAK has announced that after it is recognised by the JKKO white decision, the complaint procedure at the Special Court of Appeals will follow.
The prosecution added that, meanwhile, preliminary hearings for the underlying trial of the case continue at the First Scale Special Court for Corruption and Organised Crime.
“After the Special Prosecution has been recognised by the white decision of the First Century Special Court against Corruption and Organised Crime will follow suit of complaint at the Special Court of Appeals.
