Periscope about a week earlier, had reported that Peci's foreign adviser, Naim Huruglica, had won 100 thousand euros grant from AZHB.
Journalist Lirim Mehmetaj has secured documents showing that Huruglica has rented his land for Brikena Salih, who then applies for grant to the Ministry of Pec, and wins it.
