Osman cancels state visit to Brunei because of domestic security developments

Republic of Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, following terrorist attacks on the vital infrastructure of the Republic of Kosovo, has cancelled the state visit to Brunei.

“in a telephone conversation held today, President Osmani has announced His Majesty, Hadzi Hassanal Bolkiah, with current security developments in the country and agreed to complete the previous visit in the near future and at a suitable time for both sides.

This decision was made after careful review of the developing security situation and the need to co-ordinate with all institutions in the country in order to ensure the security of all Kosovo citizens”.
