All day teaching! CoEfficient 150!
Wise Children, Teachers With Dignity!
Today, I had the joy of meeting devoted teachers from Pristina who told me about the difficulties and concerns they face every day in our country's educational system.
They have the noble task of educating future generations, but face outdated educational systems, without conditions for professional development, and inadequate monthly salaries that do not cover their basic needs in the face of high prices and inflation.
As they talked to me about the challenges, I told you about our vision with the whole day's teaching that was implemented with great success in 5 Pristina elementary schools. We will expand it to at least 5 Kosovo municipalities, as a necessary step to raise educational standards, and offer better conditions for students and their parents!
I also pledged the 150-euro pay conference in my first week of government for a better life for our teachers and all public servants! I also talked about special programs for the professional training of teachers who are aimed at developing them and establishing the quality of education!
Because teachers are on the foundation of Kosovo's bright future, and the next big change is going to bring it together with them and with all the citizens of Kosovo.
