The court has rejected the prosecution's request for detention for Noizy. Rigels Rink will be on freedom, because he will pay 50,000 euros in bail.
He confirmed this for Indesksonline Noizy's lawyer, Halit Shalyan.
“Once the measure of 48 hours is complete, the client will be on freedom because there is bail deal worth 50,000 euros”, the defence attorney said.
Nozy has guaranteed that he will appear at the hearings where Peja will be invited.
Rajk was delivered yesterday at the police station in Pec.
He was then hospitalized with claims that there are health complications, which he is believed to have done at night.
