“The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department has decided on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention move on the criminal case of the M.D. defendants, due to suspicion of committing criminal acts against constitutional activity, the endangerment of persons under international protection, participation in the crowd that committed criminal and hooliganism, and the act of assaulting the official person.
