At the meeting of the Albin Kurtica government attacks the Constitutional Court, as it is blocking positive and progressive reforms.
Kurti: We hope that this action of blocking positive and progressive reforms as it did with the Bureau for Confiscatable Property Confiscating, the KPK Law, the ceiling prices for basic products, among other things. ”
This is the typical case when the government at the helm with Prime Minister Kurti breaks out of false news and cheats on public opinion.
It's not just the Constitutional Court that has been declaring the Law for the Bureau and the Law for the KKP counter-unconstitutional. It's also the Venice Commission that has treated them not once, not twice, but sometimes the laws for the Bureau and the KKP. The Venice Commission for two laws has sometimes issued legal opinions that these laws violate the principles of justice, limit human rights and freedoms.
It is not guilty of the Constitutional Court that this government on purpose or by extreme ignorance is unable to create laws and policies in accordance with the Constitution.
