The law for the Security Council, which was sent back from Osman, is sent to the legislative commission for legal interpretation.

This commission has decided to go to the Legal Commission for legal interpretation.

Working Group member Albanian Mehmeti Selimi has said that representatives of the President's Office were present at the meeting of the processing group, and, according to her, there were no remarks from them.

But, she added, that the President's office through a writing has rejected this law, as according to her, is contrary to the Constitution.

It's true that we've prosecuted the hearing and it's passed, but after the deadline for review the law has been returned with specific remarks reportedly violations of the Constitution. Considering that as a working group, we have considered all the reasons for this. I was told by the sponsor that at the meetings he held were the president's representatives attended each meeting. At those meetings, they have been elaborate and over every article, they have had the opportunity to suggest the procedure. I was told there were no remarks because they were cofounders of the law. Yesterday, the invitation went to representatives of the president as well, they said the president considers all the necessary reasonings given in writing”, she said.

From the Vetevendosje Movement, Enver Dugolli said there has been no signal that something is wrong with the president during the law procedure.

We are to cooperate, we have no signal that something is wrong, so it is necessary to invite the president's representatives to hold a meeting and what they think. Because such thinking is abstract, that part where it is said to be removed from the current law is a description of the Constitution”, Dugolli said.

By the Democratic League of Kosovo, Anton Kuni has suggested that there should be an interpretation by the Legal Commission for this law.

We as a commission must come up with a willing attitude to handle all remarks, especially from the President's office. We should have an interpretation by the Legal Commission”, Quinn said.
