Through a media report, KFOR says these efforts are part of KFOR's daily mission to ensure a safe and secure environment for all communities living in Kosovo.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR works in close co-ordination with Kosovo Police and EULEX (European Union for Rule of Law in Kosovo) in their respective roles as security responseors”, the announcement stresses
