Former Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has shown that during these three years the electricity fee has increased three times.

I don't think it's going to have any impact, we've closely conveyed the social economic situation in the country during these three years in particular from 2022 or so, it's twice or three times the electricity tariffs, it's about 117% more expensive than it was. All public services stand in place. And now at the end of the term it makes an increase for 55 euros I don't think it has any effect, because there's been a huge frustration of citizens with total neglect over these four years of basic consumer baskets. They don't have space anymore, they don't have time, they can't fool people like this anymore. There's a logic behind whether at the end of 2022, 2023, there was a major inflation crisis, the energy crisis, let's say it makes sense if you give a hand, it doesn't solve the problem at all. I don't believe it will affect the citizen perception of this form of government”, he said.
In addition, it says that out of 3 billion capital investments, only 1.2 billion, 1.8 billion have been held year-on-year, where Kosovo's economy is lacking.
According to him, this is not just misgovernance. This is abuse of legal authorisations that a government has.
“From the next 3 billion capital investments planned, have realised 1.2 billion, 1.8 billion have been carried year-on-year. 1.8 billion euros lack Kosovo's economy, because they have left the road to half, both Mitrovica and Podujevo, both the highway to Gjilan, and the Tetovo tunnel that has been promised, and the road to Gjakova, etc. If Kosovo's economy had 1.8 billion in circulation, it would have increased business circulation to 2.5 billion or 3 billion. This is not just misgovernance, it's abuse of legal authorisation that has a government, it's abuse because you have the means in the disposit gathered by citizens, proud that I had increased incomes and held them there in government, and all the roads across all of Kosovo remain in half<1>, he said.
Among other things, government mandate Kurti counts as a lost mandate, adding that everything must start from scratch.
These are the people of communism who don't have the ability to speak up with those backups, they've messed up, they've become a pre-reserved supply process, and all sectors are alike to you. The roads are all half the way, they have problems in the preliminary government, but that doesn't justify the 4-year delay total loss of this mandate, so it's a completely lost mandate we have to go back and start from the pre-”, he said in Blic Interview.
