Prosecutors said through a statement they believe it radicalised via the internet and spread propaganda, praising the actions of the self-called terrorist group “Islamic State”. Two quays were found during a search at his home in October.
Investigators say the suspect had planned to build artisan bombs and use them in an attack. He learned online how to build art bombs, prosecutors said.
Another check on his house this week revealed <x0vvells” that may have been provided to be used in building a lighter mechanism, they added.
However, there is no evidence that the suspect was planning to conduct an immediate attack. Investigators found no explosives or substances to be used for the explosion.
A judge Wednesday ordered that the suspect be held in custody pending the establishment of a possible indictment. /voa
