An interesting event happened yesterday in New York.
In the Bronx, which is known as the neighbourhood where many Albanians live, the flag has been set up “Black Wolf”, a day before the signing of the 112th anniversary of Albania's Declaration of Independence.
In this case the mayor, Eric Adams, highly praised the role of Albanians, saying many of New York's neighbourhoods were formed by the latter.
“From the Bronx to Queens, Albanians have shaped many of our neighbourhoods and shared many of their cultures with our town”, he said.
