Afterward Kurti said he has signed the establishment of a commission for launching procedures for opening a plant for the production of monitions.
Our government has shown that the defence has been among our top priorities and this has been consistently witnessed as with the number of soldiers doubled, as with the budget for the triple defence mission, as with training abroad of officers and military officers that have multiplied as with investments in weapons that have multiplied.
This important day for our army, we are marking it with an important decision that I just signed and with a necessary step we believe to ensure its sustainable development... we will establish the inter-ministerial community in order to assess and launch procedures and negotiations regarding the opening of the factory for assembly production and the laboratory for design of non-pilot butterflies in the Republic of Kosovo<50>
