Making drug deals through “Snap Chat”, charges against a man from Prizren

The founding prosecutor in Prizren, the Randa Crime Department, has announced that it has filed charges against defendants B.B., due to well-based suspicion of having committed criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogo” by Article 267 par.2 and related to Article 275 par. 1 points 1.7, of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

According to the indictment, the accused B.B., from July 2024, and from July 20th to 20,08.2024 in Prizren, without authorization, buys or owns for sale or distribution, or offers for sale substances or parameters that have been declared by law as narcotics, substances, psychotrope or analoges, in a way that the defendant originally purchases, buys narcotic substances of the type “marine <x>, as he provides the same narcotic substance as sharing in small amounts for sale via social network <2> Snap Chat”.

The same, with this social network communicating with users of these narcotics substances, agreeing to the prize, and then calling for the same narcotics to come in to take over to the”Ortrakcol> neighbourhood in the court of one of the primary schools in Prizren, where it also conducts the sale and distribution of marijuana in the amount of 5-10 doses. The same one, dated 20.08.2024 around 12:15, is arrested by police in the background, with the police being found in it and sequentines narcotics of the type “mariahine” in weight of 1.12 grams arranged in three bags of nylon”, the communique points out.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of the establishment of the indictment has proposed to the Court that after maintaining judicial review, testing and evaluation, the high-ranking defendant for the criminal act for which he is accused of guilty and be convicted by law.
