Agriculture Minister Faton Peci has reacted after some news of grants earmarked of 100 thousand euros, for families of VV) exhibitors and his adviser, scandals that were published in the media in recent days, writes Periscopi.
The same style that chief executive Albin Kurti reacted to, and Peci came up with a video on Facebook.
On video Peci blames the opposition for the published scandals, saying it has been the target of attacks and slanders, until the news has described them as false. /Periscope

Dear citizens,
For the past few days, I have been the target of attacks and slanders, led mainly by the PDK, followed by false news, advertising, synchronizated insults by some blasters who are called in the name of citizens and free speech.
I want to inform the broad opinion, with the highest moral and ethical responsibility, that over 118,000 subsidies beneficiaries and over 1,000 grants beneficiaries, in no single case, have exerted no influence on any intervention.
For clarification of the opinion, the Agency for Agriculture Development has mandated the assessment of grants and subsidies. Minister and staff have no access to this process.
From the electronic application on the website of the Agency for Agriculture Development to the completion of administrative control and the promotional proclamation, there is an appreciative/administration Corps, which is tasked with ensuring that projects are designed on the basis of criteria and documents defined with program and administrative guidelines.
About the claim that a member of an MP is a beneficiary of the grant and the claim that only four days before the grant's benefit has opened business let me clear up the reform we've undertaken.
In order to formulate agriculture, each individual who is a beneficiary of more than $30,000, prior to signing the contract with AZHB, must register their activity as business and investment/expenses of project implementation should be billed in the name of business. In the last two programmes for rural development 351 such cases, new companies registered. While about the claim that the profited project has not been realised, we inform you that the deadline for implementation of such projects lasts 12 months.
I am not surprised by the bombistic titles and the recordings that come from criminal and corrupt thinking as they begin with themselves and by the claim that any list of beneficiaries should be passed to the Ministry's office. But not in our case. We have eliminated discrimination criteria by making our programmes accessible to each farmer, based on meritocracy and transparency!
In spite of my desire to deal with personal names, I have to expose all trumpeters with the fact that in our rule, political engagement is not an obstacle to the realisation of the right to application and profit, not discriminating anyone but treating everyone in a merit and equal manner.
As evidence that we have not discriminated against anyone, in the next posts you will find individuals with political mandates, all political parties benefiting institutional support.
