He had been detained on November 8th by the Regional Communications Unit because of the speed loss, while during the legitimacy, the suspect had attempted to avoid the fine by trying to offer 10 euros [...]

He has been detained for 48 hours, while bribery has been opened to him.
“The suspect was immediately escorted to the police station, while the 10 euro banknote was seized as material evidence. After consulting with the state prosecutor, the case against the suspect has been issued <x1-> bribery,” and he was detained for 48 hours. The Regional Police Directorate in Gjakova remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency”, the police communiqué said.
