The actual budget for 2023 was approved in the Parliament only with majority votes.
71 Socialists' cards were raised in favour of the fact budget law, while opposition lawmakers had left the hall at the moment of the vote.
During the long hours of debate on this agenda point, opposition and majority MPs had numerous debates, A2 reports CNN.
The only MPs who voted against were the Idrizi Rescue and Mesila Doda from the PDIU.
