According to the report for the media, the indictment has been filed against indictees N. S; A.S; B.S; S.S. and J.F.

“Acuacza has been raised against five (5) defendants because there is a good suspicion for the same, given that they committed criminal acts: “Fajdeja”, from Article 331 pars.1 and Article 77 and 31 of KPRK, “Money extraction” from Article 302 KPRK and Article 56 and 57 of the 05th Law L-096 on preventing money laundering and fighting terrorism, “Kanosja”, from Article 181 pars. 4 connected to par.1 and to KPRK Article 31, “Peging the test or official procedure”, from Article 386 paragraph 2 of KPRK”, says the report.

The case has to do with criminal acts committed during 2020: 2022, with the aim of illegal material gain, where defendants have dealt with the illegal activity of Fajde. /Periscopi/
