Dear Minister, we have already passed legal deadlines for the budget vote. Seeing that the Municipal Framework is failing to fulfill its legal obligations and obligations, we ask you that based on the Law on Local Self-Government, Article 50 and c, due to the failure of the budget under the legal deadline, we ask you to initiate the process of dissolving the Municipal Assembly”, says Hysen's letter, sent to Minister Krasniqi.
In addition, Hysen's letter, Minister Krasniqi reportedly sent over 2.5m euros, which he said would have to be carried from 2023 to 2024, have not been voted by the Municipal Assembly since the beginning of this year.
It is the second year in a row that we face challenges to the municipal budget vote. After the KPF meeting for preparation of the September session, with votes against it, the municipal budget is against that.
