However, under arrest is citizen J. R., 57, residents in Tirana, for criminal acts “Tasks due to task” and “Destruction of property with fire”;

The Tirana Police Department, in connection with the protest held on the date 07.10.2024, at 6600, on the “Tribes of the Nation”, following investigative and procedural actions conducted in the direction of the Prosecutor's Court of the First St.

- Arrested citizen in French: J. R., 57, residents in Tirana, for criminal acts “Tasks due to task” and “Destruction of property with fire”;

-Proceded citizens F. D., 31, and 2 minor citizens aged 16 and 17, residents of Tirana for criminal acts “Destroying property” and “Objector of Public Order Police Officer”;

Similarly, material was referred to in the Prosecutor's Office and initiated free prosecution for criminal work “Organising and participating in illegal gatherings and manifestations” (entine of Penal Code, first paragraph), for citizens: F. N., secretary general of the Democratic Party; G. B., chairman of the Democratic Party and E parliamentary group. M., organized secretary of the Democratic Party.

Also, it is working on apprehending citizens K. K., 43, M. T., 24, I. T., 49, A. P., 46, S. B., 49, D. N., 62, K. B., 22, H. V., 68, and a junior citizen 17 suspected of criminal acts “Backends due to task”, “Destruction of property with fire”, “Destruction of property”, “The violation of the rules on explosives and fuels” and “The violation of public order police employees”, provided by Article 274, 237, 151, 150, 282 and 236 of the Penal Code.

Last day, protesters were initially gathered on the “boulevard witnesses of the Nation”, ahead of the prime minister. Later, they have moved to the headquarters of the Socialist Party, the Interior Ministry building, the Tirana municipal building, Albania's Parliament, and during the trip, protesters have destroyed private and public property, turned out explosive fuels and hard materials in the direction of police officers and public institutions' buildings.

They have also damaged advertising boards and burned waste pots.

As a result of attacks on hard materials, pyrotechnics and Molotov bombs, on police employees and state institutions, 10 police workers have been damaged, of whom 7 after medical aid left the residence, while the other 3 are being treated in hospital and are out of the question of life.

They have also gone to the hospital for medical help, and 2 citizens (the baby and daughter), who are suspected of being damaged by explosives (molotov) and are out of danger to life.

23 plastic pieces of burnt bottles;

3 plastic bottles of water;

Three cracked smokes;

A bottle of 0.5 litres of untamed pyrotechnic fuel;

One bag of black 8 plastic bottles [0.5 L] of fuel (molotov)

1 cylinder box bomb;

Two bags of 17 bido 5 liters [0.5 L] of suspected fuels combined untamed pyrotechnic (molotov).

Local Police Directorate Tirana's investigative structures, in charge of the Prosecution, continue work on identifying and apprehending other citizens involved in violent acts during yesterday's protest.
