According to the indictment, the alleged “on the date of 29.05.23, near the Zvecan Community facility, in co-ordination with other war crimes indictees from Kosovo and Serbia, through the use of violence they have been attacked and seriously seized by soldiers of the KFOR peacekeeping mission, as well as by some members of the Kosovo Police. ”
The State Prosecutor from the Special Prosecutor has asked the Court to plead guilty and to continue the detention measure until the outcome of this criminal case.
