Jakup Krasniqi is in Kosovo, having been allowed family visits by the Specialised Chambers and the Kosovo Specialised Prosecutor's Office under surveillance.
By means of a statement, by this institution suggests that, for humanitarian reasons, the Judicial Chamber has instructed the Administrative Office to manage a visit under Krasniqi's supervision in Kosovo to meet the close family.
The defendant remains in custody of Specialised Chambers. E ULEX and Kosovo police are supporting the Specialised Chambers of Kosovo”, said further in the announcement.
