Shala, who was physically introduced and Januzi's Bahhitari from the Pre-prison Centre, was notified by the trial panel that will judge the three, most likely from November 11th onward.
The parties have agreed that by this date, which the Judicial Chamber views as the most appropriate to start the trial, it can conclude their investigations and hand over full lists of witnesses intended to bring in to clear off the alleged three for the intimidation of a witness who would testify to Rex Selimi, to the “Thaci case and others”.

The court's discussions continued in private session.
