Rohde has said Germany remains committed to Kosovo, not only as political supporter but also as an economic partner.
“The potential for our bilateral economic relations is extraordinary given the strong ties between our societies. Germany remains dedicated to Kosovo not only as political supporters but also as economic partner”, Rohde wrote.
Meanwhile, Bislimi has declared today that this forum is a good opportunity to bring together businesses from our two countries, boosting co-operation and investment space and new ideas.
Bislimi has said that while 24 years ago, at a conference in Munich about the investment climate in Kosovo, one of the experts had told him at the time that the purchasing power of all of Kosovo is equal to that of a small German town of less than 50,000 people, reality today is quite another.
The procedure achieved is extraordinary and unprecedented elsewhere. Today, we are among 100 countries in the world per capita income, in the last four years we have the highest average economic growth in the region by 6.2%, corporate and personal income tax collection has increased by 2020 from 64 million to 156 million, or 144%, and from 130 million to 207 million, or for 83%, without changing the taxation rate. So in four years, corporations have more than doubled their profit”, Bislimi has declared.
