The EP group this time belongs to the position of rapporteur for Kosovo. Traditionally, in the last 20 years, the rapporteur for Kosovo was always from the Green Group's ranks.
This group marked decline in support in recent elections for The EP, held earlier this year and this time this group will have the post of rapporteur for Northern Macedonia.
Riho Terras is former military from Estonia, who has also been deputy in the preliminary composition of the European Parliament.
