The prosecution in Gjilan filed charges against 3 people for serious attempted murder

According to the indictment, the defendant N.H., on August 8, 2024, in the municipality of the Year, deliberately attempted to deprive the defendant of life of the N.B. and A.B., by endangering others in the same country, so that because of a dispute over the purchase of property, with automatic weapons fired against them, with the N.B. defendants, he has caused serious bodily injuries, while defendants A.B. Light bodily injuries, with these actions committed the criminal offence of the attempted Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

According to the announcement, the same one is also accused of criminal acts of possession, control or unauthorized possession of arms, KPRK, as without authorisation it has held the AK-47 brand gun possession.

The N.B. defendant, on his own date and location, has attempted to deprive the defendant of life of the N.H., risking even the life of the injured V.H., which was in the same place that with fire weapons fired in his direction, but he cannot shoot, where he has committed the criminal act the serious attempted V@ras of KPRK.

And the same is accused of criminal activity: possession, control or unauthorized possession of arms -- of KPRK, since without authorization he held the firearm SIG 14.

While the defendant A.B. is accused of criminal activity of keeping the CIF-San, unauthorized possession of arms or possession of KPRK, as a hunting rifle has been found in his home during the announcement.
