The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren reports the public opinion that, following a several-month investigation into co-operation with the Regional Police Unit in Prizren, the Directorate for Organised Crime and NJSO Unit, three locations have been conducted, with three suspects A.T.T., and J.T.T., due to suspicions that the same were carried out of criminal work <x> Fide” by Article 331 par. 2, according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The defendants arrested, allegedly exploiting the victim's burdened financial situation, have given the same money with monthly interest of 25%. The injured has sometimes paid interest, and when the same has failed to pay the monthly interest, the defendants have placed weekly interest, which is the result of high interest rates, they have achieved unaffordable values for the victim.
The control has been realised in the Prizren region, where, following the collection of evidence during the application of special investigative measures on the ground, defendants have been arrested.
During this action, the State Attorney has seized two (2) vehicles, cash, and other material evidence, in the direction of the high - ranking work.
The detainees arrested are under a 48-hour ban, and within the legal deadline, for the same, the prosecution will file a request for the detention measure's appointment.
