The Democratic Party has named the protest a beginning of civil disobedience.
The decision of the Court of Appeals, the opposition, is regarded as political. The opposition has conducted several shares of the court's decision, including burning seats before the Parliament and four Manecians, two of whom have been with images of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and former minister Fatmir Xhafaj.
On the eve of this protest, the State Police have taken some measures to maintain the gathering.
From 6: 00 p.m. until the end of the gathering, motor vehicle flow will be banned on some roads in the capital.
The “State Police appeal all those who will participate in the gathering to distance from any act of violence against state institutions, public and private property, against police employees, media representatives and journalists”, it is said in the police report.
Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has said in his recent speech, given by domestic arrest, that any democrat is sworn in for any sacrifice.
“Democrats start their revolt, their anger. From October 7th to our triumph there is no force in the world to defeat us”, Berisha has said.
It is learned that about 1,000 police officials will be engaged in the success of this gathering.
In the letter that the Democratic Party has sent to the police, it has asked four hours for permission to assemble, between 6:00 and 10:00, in front of the prime minister's building.
The United States and the European Union have expressed concern and regret over the scenes that have been seen in two preliminary shares of the opposition, and have called for dialogue. /rel/
