Petkov ahead of the meeting in Brussels: Without Association there is no normalisation of relations

Serbian counterpart Besnik Bislim Petar Petkovic, prior to the meeting at the chief negotiators, says that without the foundation of association “there is no normalisation of relations” as he continued to accuse the Kosovo side of leaving the dialogue.

“For us compromise is not an ugly word or forbidden word, maybe it's for Pristina, because if we want a deal, we need to meet somewhere in the middle.”, Petaer Petkoviq said, as quoted by Kosovo-Online].

“All that's happening on the ground from Pristina, is that when they see the dialogue going on, they take escalation steps because they want to avoid the topics that have the commitment.”, he said among other things.
