Pentagon meeting, Haradinaj: Topiced need for accelerated Kosovo membership in NATO

Haradinaj has thanked Buland for the American military and government's commitment to supporting the people of Kosovo.

I thanked Mr. Buland is in support of the people of Kosovo and its institutions, in particular in the assistance they have given and in giving strength to the Kosovo Army”.

He said he has “argued” the need for accelerated Kosovo membership in NATO.

“during appointment with Mr. Buland argued the need for accelerated Kosovo membership in NATO. I stressed that an accelerated process of Kosovo's NATO membership helps security and stability in Kosovo and the region. I stressed that Kosovo and the Army will always be side by side with America and other member states of NATO's north-Atlantic Alliance.”
