Pension executions begin at 20 percent increase

Finance Minister Iron Murati has announced that pension execution has begun this Tuesday for October, including 20 percent growth for several retirement schemes.

In a Facebook post, Murati stressed that, starting this month, growth will apply to all types of pensions, including:

- The Moshe Basque option

- Contributed, complete and monetary option

- Limited Skills Pensonions

-The Verber Persons option.

- Preplegic and Tetraplegic option

- Work Invaldor operation

- Family interview.

- Trepca's early operation

This is an important step to support those who have contributed to our society and to offer help to those in need,” said Murati.

He stressed that this decision is part of the Government's commitment to improving the welfare of citizens.

The Kosovo government, a few days ago, decided on a 20 per cent pension increase.

This change affects all categories of retiremental age schemes, including basic and contributing pensions.

According to data presented as basic age pension will increase from 100 to 120 euros.

Other categories as contributors III and IV will also benefit growth from 214 to 256.80 euros, respectively, and from 265 to 318 euros.
