As the Democrat leader Berisha has stated earlier, but other DP exhibits will not have speeches in this protest, and the subject will be civil disobedience.
This protest, which according to the Democrats, is the launch of a wave of protests, came after the one-year prison sentence by Democrat MP Ervin Salianji, accused of false shouting.
A day earlier Berisha called on citizens to go massively to protest and said the Democrats are sworn to any sacrifice.
“Foreignors of the march of Democrats and Democrats, Opposition and Opposition, Citizens and Citizens to Victory. 23 hours apart from the day of the start of that battle in which every democrat and Democrat, every opposition and opposition decides sworn oath, ready for any sacrifice for its dignity, for the dignity of Albanians, for free vote, for our future”, Berisha said.
Police announced a day earlier that they have taken all measures to hold this protest and appealed to participants to distance themselves from any act of violence.

Depending on the development of the gathering, there may be traffic restrictions and road axes related to the main boulevard. Police sought the citizens' understanding to avoid moving by vehicles on these road axes and to use alternative routes, not to prevent the free movement of participants at the” rally, police reports.
