The Latvian soldiers assigned to the Regional Command in the East of KFOR mission have conducted a routine patrol in Zubin Potok municipality.

According to the announcement, these efforts are part of KFOR's daily mission to ensure a safe and secure environment for all communities living in Kosovo.

“KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR is the third security reacter, behind the Kosovo Police and the EU Mission for Rule of Law (EULEX), with which we work in close co-ordination,”, respectively, is said in the statement.
