Prime Minister Albin Kurti wrote after the meeting he had with European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen today. Kurti has said that at this fourth meeting in the Government of Kosovo, she has thanked Von Der Leeyen for her leadership in advancing the EU Growth Plan.
“We are committed to implementing these reforms through a process based on”, Kurti wrote.
The Kosovo prime minister has indicated that he has stressed the importance of handing over the questionnaire for membership and the immediate removal of EU measures.
“I also reiterated the importance of handing over the questionnaire for membership and requested the complete and immediate removal of the EU's unfair and unjust measures. At a time when authorities challenge universal freedoms, Kosovo stands as an anchor of the basic EU values in the Western Balkans”, Kurti wrote.
