Kurti losing “past” governments past that increased wages only in the campaign, “Herroi” that the salary increase made it at the end of the governing Mandarin.
“From January of next year, public officials will have higher salaries. Before, wages only increased once within the mandate, and only in the campaign. With our good and democratic governance, they are growing every year since the introduction of the wage law was enacted, as the law predicts. Next year, salaries for public sector employees will be raised for 110 euros. The increase will take place in two phases”
Furthermore, he has said that with these increases and increased pensions and additions for children, which according to him total 280m euros.
His scripture:
By January of next year, public officials will have higher salaries.
Before, wages only increased once within the mandate, and only in the campaign. With our good and democratic governance, they are growing every year since the introduction of the wage law was enacted, as the law predicts. Next year, salaries for public sector employees will be raised for 110 euros. The increase will take place in two phases. The first phase begins in January next year and envisions a 55-euro increase, while the second phase comes into force from July 2025 to complete the total 110-euro growth, or a higher unit of the base wage cofficiency.
In this way, budgetary growth is over-proportionally distributed to those with lower salaries, thus further reducing the gap between the highest and the lowest pay. So for the teacher, the police, the soldier, the nurse, the fireman, the percentage increase will be about 18-20%, and for higher positions the increase in percentage will be 6-7%.
The total annual cost of this increase will be around 120m euros, which, along with the growth we have made for pensions and child additions, brings the total to 280m euros more in citizens' pockets of only three measures.
