Kosovo A4 unit A returns to operation

The A4 power plant unit Kosova A has returned to operation, three days after it was halted due to a short link to measurement cables.

The Kosovo Energy Corporation has indicated that the defect in the measurement cables has been sat.

Thanks to this will and dedication of management and TC Kosova A staff, the entity's launch has begun by a date: 20.10,2024 after midnight. After completing the necessary procedures, it has been synchronized with the electricity network at 05 hours: 04 and its situation is now stable”, said a communique.

KEK further adds that this return to operating the A4 unit represents a significant achievement for KEK, contributing to the stability of electricity production in the country.
